Ariel Learning is the personal website for Dr. David Ariel- author, teacher, speaker, and scholar- and the professional website for Ariel Learning, a global Jewish learning organization which offers adult education and special events to individuals and organizations over live, high-definition videoconferencing. Ariel Learning’s videoconferencing courses allow participants to see, hear, and speak to the instructor and to each other in real time using their computer, laptop, tablet, or smartphone.
David Ariel has served as President of the Oxford Centre for Hebrew and Jewish Studies at the University of Oxford and as President of Siegal College of Judaic Studies in Cleveland, Ohio. He is the author of four books including Kabbalah and What Do Jews Believe? His books have been described as “fulfilling the deepest need of our Jewish community today — a vision of spirituality that is unselfish, engaged in the world, deeply rooted in Jewish tradition, and yet open to all the wisdom of the world.” He lives in Boston.
Throughout his career, David Ariel has made Jewish knowledge accessible to wider audiences through his writings, lectures, and classes for adults. Now, he is making his own teaching available along with a growing ensemble of master teachers whose teaching is available in-person and through high-definition videoconferencing.
